How is it that I do not get the speed of the closed subscription?
This can have several causes.First is that you never download faster than the speed of your Internet connection.
Furthermore it is possible that someone else uses the bandwidth of your Internet connection through another computer on the same network.
Maybe you have a firewall or virus scanner installed, disable it and try again, if the speed is still not optimal, you can assume that that is not the problem .
